The Club held a Summer Barn Dance on Saturday 22 June and it was a great success with all tickets sold out well in advance. The event was organised by Brian & Angela Lamb with help from Mike Felles & Brian Davis in setting up and Charles & Brenda Carter in running the bar. Hay bales were provided by Brian Davis and foliage decoration by Rob & Glo Rawlings. A pasty supper was supplied along with cakes made and donated by Bill Hunt. The caller for the evening was Jeremy Childs whose enthusiasm and instruction had the dance floor filled for most of the evening. As well as being a wonderful event, a profit of over \u00a3500 on ticket & bar sales was made for Club funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
